Customer Service

Large boiler plants provide industrial firms with process steam and whole complexes of buildings with heat. System breakdowns are generally critical and must be prevented, if possible. In case of breakdown, the boiler plant must be repaired immediately.

We believe that, in order to guarantee the proper operation of the system, it is our responsibility to offer our clients an efficient customer support service. To realise that, we have a team of experienced engineers supported by state-of-the-art computer systems on hand.

We keep track of the history of every system manufactured by us. We strive to know these systems better than our customers, even after many years of operating time. We wish to maintain the high standards we set ourselves.


Customised spare parts packages
Already during the settlement of the project, our customer service team cooperates with the customers and works out the composition of the spare parts packages. This depends on the geographical position of the boiler plant, the customers’ knowledge about the system and the required availabilities. The customer service of astebo is aware of the periods of supply of spare parts and assists customers in optimising their total costs.

Spare parts service
Spare and replacement parts that are commonly required are always available in the vehicles of our customer service engineers on short call. A comprehensive assortment is available at our centre of distribution in the Marchtrenk factory and required parts can be delivered by express service.

Plant Analysis
Together with our field engineers we analyse your boiler plant in terms of

-          firing efficiency
-          cost of water treatment
-          reengineering to closed condensate systems
-          additive exhaust gas heat exchangers (ECOs) for increased efficiency
-          the need for new industrial process measurement and control systems

The object of our analysis is to ensure the reliable, efficient, and safe operation of your boiler plant. Every boiler plant operator knows that operating costs make up the biggest part of the total costs. The experts of our customer service will help you to minimise them.

Boiler repairs
Should your boiler show any signs of wear and tear, it could be cost-effective to carry out some repair welding. Our certified welding experts guarantee a high quality service. We are very flexible in scheduling appointments and shut down the boiler plant according to a timetable that suits you. According to your wishes, repairs can also be performed on the weekend and on public holidays. In order to minimise your costs, we recommend having your own assistants with knowledge of the system on-site.

Remote diagnosis and remote maintenance
At our customers’ request we install modems in the modern system controls that enable us to analyse the operation status of the boiler plant online via remote diagnosis. By doing that, we can give appropriate instructions for corrective action to the boiler attendant on-site.
