Our engineers are specialists in manufacturing steam and hot water systems. They have gained a wealth of experience and expertise in the many projects they have successfully completed over the years. Their valuable knowledge is guarded carefully by us.

At the same time we are pleased to share our experience and support our customers and their planners in the conception of their new steam or hot water boiler systems. We focus on the construction of the boilers with the attached system components: from the firing to the chimney and the fresh water supply to the drain.

Our consulting service consists of three main goals:

Reliability, efficiency and safety of our systems. We are well aware of how costly a boiler breakdown can be to our customers. We also know that it is cost-effective to invest in high-efficiency systems, and we don’t allow restrictions on safety to cause easily avoidable risk to people and the environment.

On the basis of these principles, we develop unique solutions for your needs. The BosB (Operation without Constant Supervision) systems manufactured by Silberbauer have an excellent reputation for safety among experts. The astebo finned tube wall guarantees maximum flexibility of the boiler, minimising thermal heat stress that may cause it serious damage. The external armature pipe for the sensors ensures high accuracy of measurement and a stable and reliable operation of the boiler. These are features of astebo products that we will continue to offer even despite increased price competition – for the benefit of our customers.

Our service to you includes a well-elaborated P&I scheme as well as installation plans for the boiler systems. Specification texts are also made available to you. We provide all this information in common file formats.

When it comes to systems control, we realise our projects with the Siemens S7 SPS system, which is standard to the industry and offers maximum flexibility and openness to superior process control systems. Taking into account your specific requirements for plant operation, our software engineers will develop stable and transparent programs.
